 of free and intuitive movement\, and guided journaling to help you process
 \, let go\, and realign. Ending with mantra and gentle harmonium\, allowin
 g sound and vibration to support your practice and deepen your connection 
 inward. You’ll be invited to explore what is rising to the surface\, rel
 ease what no longer serves\, and create space for clarity and intention mo
 ving forward. Each session is inspired by the energy of the full moon’s 
 astrological sign\, offering a slightly different tone and focus each mont
