DESCRIPTION:Each year\, Transition Projects assists over 10\,000 people ex
 periencing homelessness. Roughly half of Portlanders experiencing homeless
 ness are currently unsheltered. Our Navigation Team seeks to engage people
  where they are\, build trust\, and help make connections to needed suppor
 t services. Sack lunches provide a healthy meal and help build connections
 . Volunteers will be asked to bring items to contribute to the sack lunche
 s and the group will prepare 50-100 sack lunches to be given out by our\n\
