Doors at 6:30pm | All Ages | Bar w/ ID | Tickets GA $95 / VIP $125 (Includes all fees) For one night only, Rey Valera will perform at The Old Church in Portland, Oregon, singing all of his hits throughout the years.
Enjoy A Voice of Her Own / Una Voz Propia, an evening of music, storytelling, and film celebrating the cultures, stories, and extraordinary talents that immigrants bring to the state and communities—and standing with them when they need support the most.
The evening will feature live music and storytelling by Gemanereida Barragán-Cruz—Mariachi Singer and Storyteller, and culminate in the world premiere of a new 15-minute documentary about her extraordinary artistic journey and the power of her voice.
More than a film screening, this is an evening to gather in community, experience music and stories live, and celebrate Gemanereida and the many ways immigrant artists enrich the cultural life of our community.

Joey Bradford (of Scotch Lodge) takes over the bar while DJ Flor Violenta spins tropical cumbia, Latin funk, disco, and more on vinyl. Free and open to all ages.
