About this event
Adapted from Tina Fey’s 2004 film, Mean Girls follows 16-year-old Cady Heron as she navigates the social ecosystem of North Shore High School after a childhood in Africa. Welcomed into the Plastics, the clique ruled by Regina George, Gretchen Wieners, and Karen Smith, Cady hatches a plan to dethrone Regina and learns how easily high-school politics can consume anyone.
With a pop-rock score by Jeff Richmond and Nell Benjamin, Stumptown Stages stages this ferociously funny musical comedy.
