About this event

Slow down for a night of deep listening with conscious-connected breathwork lead by Natasha Stewart, accompanied by a live acoustic guitar soundscape by Paul Foreman.

Paul Foreman is a guitarist and composer creating warm, atmospheric music for yoga, meditation, retreats, and intimate gatherings. His work blends nylon-string guitar and melodic improvisation into immersive soundscapes for presence and stillness.

The session will start with a meditation and include a full breathwork session with live music, using a rhythmic breath to access deeper stillness and inner wisdom, leaving you with a sense of restoration and clarity. The event will end with some warming tea and optional sharing.

A yoga mat, blanket and bolster will be provided. Feel free to bring anything else you would like to make yourself comfortable lying down for a prolonged period, such as an extra blanket or pillow. Please consult a doctor first if you are pregnant or have any health conditions.

Cost: $45 (monthly members receive a 10% discount)

Breathwork is a powerful tool to connect us with stored emotions in the body so that we can release anything that no longer benefits our well-being, leaving us replenished, lighter and free. This practice facilitates a deeper connection to the core of who we are, and gives us access to more clarity on our life’s journey with greater self-awareness, love and compassion for ourselves and others.
