Explore tools to befriend your shadow, embrace change, and practice self-care during transitional times. Event Details:

• Masks aren't required, but greatly appreciated. Please wear a mask while you attend this sweet in-person event out of consideration for the immunocompromised community.
• Limited Capacity: Only 25 spots available, so book your ticket early
• Ticket Price: $15, includes a $15 credit upon arrival that you can use for another community event OR product in the store (essentially two free events). Your credit can be used towards any purchase at Seagrape Apothecary.
