Aufguss Sauna with John Douglass

Steam, scent, music and pure energy. Aufguss is taking over SaunaGlo for a monthly ritual of high-vibe heat and human connection.

The sauna master, John, orchestrates the room with dynamic towel work, sweeping aromatic steam and uplifting beats into intense, rhythmic waves. You’ll feel the energy build with every drop of oil on the stones. It’s dynamic, deeply grounding, and built to leave you completely energized, awake, and bonded with the crew beside you.

Grab your towel, claim your bench, and feel the shift.
