Ruthless!

Eight-year-old Tina Denmark isn’t like other children her age—she has TALENT. More than anything, she wants the spotlight and the coveted lead role in her school musical. Endlessly confident in her abilities, Tina sets her sights on center stage, convinced that nothing should stand in the way of her destined stardom. Set in a nostalgic, pre-digital world of small-town innocence, Ruthless! follows Tina’s relentless pursuit of success, guided by a colorful, larger-than-life agent and her devoted—if entirely untalented—mother. This darkly comic musical explores identity and the cost of ambition in a brassy, high-energy satire where good things come to those who wait, and if waiting doesn’t work, try murder!
