PDX Mac & Cheese Week

PDX Mac & Cheese Week celebrates Portland’s comfort food scene from November 2–8, 2026. Participating restaurants, food carts, breweries, and cafés across the city will serve up unique mac and cheese recipes for $10. Featured creations include the 'Mac of Fury,' an Asian-inspired twist featuring cavatappi, a three-cheese blend of sharp cheddar, smoked Gouda, and Gruyère, dusted with Xi'an-inspired seasoning, topped with five-spice candied bacon, and finished with scallions.
