MODERN KUNDALINI (Monday Evening) @ Lighthouse Community Yoga PDX

This trauma-sensitive Kundalini yoga class honors each practitioner’s autonomy, inner wisdom, and lived experience. Sessions explore a different yogic set and combine movement, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation, with an emphasis on personal practice and connection to the self. The class is designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, and aims to be accessible to all bodies and inclusive of all identities. Instructor Laurel Clohessy brings experience teaching in a range of settings and may incorporate poetry and dance movement into her classes.
