Gather in an intimate circle for shared song, reflection, and practices rooted in supporting anyone who relates to the Mother archetype, including mothers of living or nonliving children and of nonhuman beings. The gathering includes guided self-massage and embodied toning in the sauna, followed by simple call-and-response songs that require no prior singing experience. Sauna and cold-water time are optional. The circle offers space for authentic expression, open sharing, and compassionate witnessing, with each person supported in choosing what feels right for them.
