A certified Muni Muni aerial yoga instructor will guide you into and out of the hammock, which is made from premium materials and designed for comfort and support. Wear comfortable clothing and remove jewelry to help preserve the silks. You may bring a yoga mat, water, blanket, neck pillow, or eye covering. Studio props are available at no charge, and yoga mats can be rented.
