The practice has not only strengthened her body and mind but also helped her embrace self-acceptance. As a result, she has a newfound inner strength and peace that guides her daily life. By sharing Tai Chi Gung, she aims to help others find deeper self-awareness, inner strength, and peace. About Tai Chi Gung: Tai Chi Gung, also known as “Simple Yoga,” combines movement, breath, and focus to increase the life‑force energy that flows in, through, and around the body. The name itself holds deep meaning: “Tai” means grand; “Chi” refers to the vital life force \(qi, or prana\) flowing through all beings; and “Gung” honors the sacred temple of our bodies. Benefits: At its core, Tai Chi Gung is a practice that brings peace and vitality by connecting you to the life force in nature. It improves balance, strength, and sleep, and enhances your ability to focus and concentrate.
