PDX Mac & Cheese Week at Core PDX

PDX Mac & Cheese Week takes place at Core PDX with three carts offering featured mac and cheese dishes. @noliapdx serves New Orleans Baked Mac, a four-cheese blend baked with Long Macaroni from South Louisiana and built from a roux. @yinyangburgerpdx serves “Mac of Fury,” cavatappi in a three-cheese blend of sharp cheddar, smoked Gouda, and Gruyère with Xi'an-inspired seasoning, five-spice candied bacon, and scallions. @uncle_earls_bbq_bistro serves “Big Back Dirty Mac,” deep-fried catfish over homemade mac and cheese with ancestors dust, hot sauce, and green onions. The week runs November 2–8.
