Paper Quilling: Snowflakes

Turn simple strips of paper into a flurry of delicate snowflakes! Join artist Heather Smith to learn the basics of paper quilling — art made from strips of paper — while playing with the curls, shapes, and patterns that make each snowflake unique. This relaxing, beginner-friendly class for adults requires no previous quilling experience. All supplies are provided.

This program is free, but registration is required, and class size is limited to 25.
