Book Bar: Classical + Musical Theatre Community Variety Show with 45th Parallel

Book Bar closes out Portland Book Festival week with a genre-crossing evening from 45th Parallel Universe, moving between classical music and musical theater.

The program features Wood Works by the Danish String Quartet alongside selections from beloved musical theater works including Rent, The Juliet Letters, Wicked and more.

Book Bar is a five-day pop-up bar, café and cultural clubhouse in the heart of downtown Portland during Portland Book Festival week, bringing together the city’s literary, music, culinary and creative communities for drinks, food, performances and unexpected happenings.
