About this event
We will meet at the MMC at 7:30AM where we will carpool to the Angel's Rest Trailhead. You'll need a current State Park parking permit to park at the lot there. We'll plan to start hiking at approximately 8:00AM. The trail is 4.7 miles round trip, with an elevation gain of about 1500 ft. Our pace will be around 1.5 to 2 miles per hour. We'll have a snack at the summit. There will be opportunities for photos along the way, if the weather is cooperative.
