About this event

Join acclaimed Indigenous chefs Jack Strong and Alexa Numkena-Anderson for an unforgettable seven-course dining experience celebrating heritage, culture, and culinary artistry in honor of Native American Heritage Month.

The evening begins with a cocktail reception featuring Indigenous-inspired bites and welcome libations. Guests will then enjoy seven thoughtfully crafted courses that explore the rich traditions, seasonal ingredients, and enduring stories of Indigenous cuisine, each paired with an exceptional wine or a handcrafted cocktail.

Bringing together traditions from the Pacific Northwest and beyond, the evening reflects each chef's personal journey and deep connection to Indigenous ingredients, community, and storytelling. Chef Strong is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, while Chef Numkena-Anderson, founder of Javelina Indigenous Dining, draws inspiration from her Hopi, Yakama, Cree, and Skokomish heritage.
