Friendly Walking Group

Fresh air, friendly faces, and a little movement can do wonders! Join us at Friendly House for our Neighborhood Walking Group, where we’ll meet up before heading out together to explore the surrounding neighborhood, rain or shine. Walking with a group is a wonderful way to stay active, boost your mood, build connections, and enjoy the simple pleasure of getting outside with others. Whether you’re looking to add more movement to your day, meet new friends, or simply enjoy some good conversation along the way, everyone is welcome! We’ll choose our route together, so come as you are, wear comfortable shoes, dress for the weather, and enjoy the journey with us. No special equipment or experience needed, just a willingness to take a step toward fun, friendship, and well-being!
