About this event
Designed for adults ages 50 and up, Better Bones & Balance classes gradually build balance and strength to help reduce the risk of falls and support independence. The program draws on Oregon State University research in which study participants who did balance and strength exercises with weighted vests experienced a lower rate of hip bone loss and a reduced risk of falls.
