11/22 Sound Bath: Ground-Appreciate-Create.

This immersive sound bath with sound healing practitioner Nicole Alcyon and Jacob Cordova features crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments played around and over participants. A brief guided meditation offers time to appreciate what is already present, recognize personal strengths and resources, and set an intention for what to nurture next. Mats, cushions, and blankets are provided, and participants may bring anything else that would help them feel comfortable.
