Chefs Keith Bidwell and Liz Serrone create a changing five-course Italian-American dinner inspired by what is growing in Oregon, working with local farmers and purveyors to feature regional ingredients and fresh takes on familiar classics. The meal is served casually, family-style, with generous portions to share. Guests begin with a welcome bite and time to chat before sitting down together for salad, pasta, a main course, and dessert. The $95 per-person price includes food and gratuity. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase and are brought to the table throughout the meal.
