Teen & Adult Restorative Sound Bath Experience

Join us for a guided, immersive session designed to promote deep relaxation and renewed energetic balance. Rest comfortably, listen, and allow the sounds to wash over you. Participants are highly encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. Bolsters, eye masks, and blankets are also welcome. The library does not provide these items. Space is limited. Participation will be first come, first served up to room capacity.
