Invest in your leadership and strengthen your impact in the nonprofit sector.The Excellence for Nonprofit Leadership (ENL) Program is a comprehensive nine-session leadership development series designed for current and aspiring nonprofit leaders in Southwest Washington.Produced by the Greater Vancouver Chamber with the support of The Firstenburg Foundation, this program equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to lead successful nonprofit organizations and elevate professional standards across the sector.Sessions are held on the first Wednesday of each month from November 2026 through July 2027 and cover essential topics, including:
