DANCE ROOTED

DANCE ROOTED is a 5Rhythms movement meditation centered on conscious movement and authentic self-expression. There is no right or wrong way to move, and the practice is not contact, ecstatic, or cuddle dance. Participants are welcome to come as they are and move in a grounded community. Pre-registration exchange is $15, with cash or Venmo accepted at the door. Punch cards are also available at the door for 10 classes at $120. If cost is a concern, email Wyld to discuss a solution.
