DANCE ROOTED

Experience a 5Rhythms movement meditation at Vitalidad Movement Arts Center in Portland, centered on sweating, moving and being in community within a supportive container for conscious practice. There is no right or wrong way to move, and the focus is on honest, authentic expression that feels true to you. This is not a contact, ecstatic or cuddle dance. The space encourages arriving as you are and finding a grounded, refreshed state alongside a rooted community. Admission is $15 with the option to pre-register, or pay at the door by cash or Venmo. Punch cards are available at the door for 10 classes at $120, which saves $30. If cost is a concern, options are available to find a solution that works for everyone.
