Beginning Salsa & Bachata

Start from the basics with a friendly Level 1 Salsa and Bachata combo class in Downtown Tigard. Each session focuses on core foundations such as step patterns, turning technique, and other essentials in both styles. No partner is required since participants rotate throughout class, and casual attire is perfectly fine with no special shoes needed. The curriculum reinforces fundamentals while introducing new variations over the course of the month, so complete beginners are encouraged to begin in the first or second week for the smoothest experience. Attend once or twice weekly based on personal schedule, with more frequent practice helping progress come faster. Everyone is welcome, including those with no prior dance experience. Drop-in is $30, and the class is included with membership. A free week pass is available to explore classes and events.
