Shadow Work Monthly Workshop

This monthly workshop offers space for shadow work during the dark moon phase, with a focus on setting intentions for fresh beginnings and growth in 2026. Participants will spend time journaling desires, visualizing goals, creating vision boards, and outlining inspired actions while releasing old patterns to align more closely with the soul’s path. Light snacks and refreshments will be available. Bring a blanket or pillow if you would like to be extra comfortable while working. A shadow work journal will be available for purchase to support your practice; if you plan to buy one, please message the organizer in advance so enough copies are on hand. If you prefer to use your own materials, feel free to bring a personal notebook and continue with it at each monthly meeting. You are welcome to invite a friend.
