Pay What You Can: Rainbow Exhale | EFT Meditation + Sound Journey with Charlie Short

A quiet, welcoming space for queer and trans community members and allies to breathe more easily. This guided experience begins with an EFT meditation, then moves into progressive muscle relaxation to release tension and arrive in the moment. A curated sound bath follows, featuring crystal singing bowls and other gentle acoustic instruments. The sequence of tones, textures, rhythms, and pauses is intended to support deep rest, thoughtful reflection, and a sense of renewal. No prior experience with EFT, meditation, or sound healing is required. The session is led by Charlie Sebastian Short, a queer, BIPOC, and neurodivergent sound healing practitioner and professional musician, and is held with trauma awareness at its core. Allies are warmly welcomed alongside LGBTQIA+ participants. Comfort items can make the journey cozier. Many items are available to borrow, and personal favorites like a pillow, a squishmallow, or an eye mask are welcome. This is a pay what you can, sliding scale offering.
