Join us for a monthly Poetry Slam open mic! Bring something you've already created to share or participate in an interactive writing exercise to create something with the group each month.
Join us for the 20th Season of The Milwaukie Poetry Series every second Wednesday of the month, September 2026 - July 2027, at 6 p.m. in the Ledding Library Community Room. The readings will also be livestreamed on the Ledding Library YouTube channel.

Join fellow poetry lovers for a monthly meet-up to read and discuss poetry in a supportive environment. Feel free to read a poem of your own or one written by a published author that you’d like to share. This group meets on the third Thursday of the month in the conference room on the second floor of the library. Meetings will include time for introductions, poetry readings, organic discussion, and resource sharing. Light refreshments will be available. All are welcome to attend, including newcomers, and we hope to see you there!
