Rainbow Exhale | EFT Meditation and Sound Journey
There is something powerful about being able to exhale in a space where you know you are welcome. Rainbow Exhale is a queer and trans-centered sound journey created for LGBTQIA+ community members and allies. The experience begins with a guided EFT meditation, followed by progressive muscle relaxation to help release tension and settle into the present moment. From there, the session opens into a carefully composed sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other gentle acoustic instruments.
Each sound and instrument is chosen intentionally, with the session unfolding through a progression of tones, textures, rhythms, and silence. The experience offers space for deep rest, reflection, and restoration, with time to slow down, listen, and notice what arises. No experience with EFT, meditation, or sound healing is necessary. Whether you're deeply familiar with these practices or trying them for the first time, you're invited to get comfortable and let yourself be guided through the experience.
Led by Charlie Sebastian Short, a queer, BIPOC, and neurodivergent sound healing practitioner and professional musician, Rainbow Exhale is a trauma-aware space created with LGBTQIA+ community members in mind. Allies are warmly welcome. While many items are available to borrow, feel free to bring any comfort items, such as a favorite pillow, squishmallow, eye mask, or anything else that helps you get comfortable... then give yourself some room to breathe.
This is a pay-what-you-can (PWYC) or sliding-scale event.

Trans Mascs Meet Up
ATTENTION ALL TRANS-MASCS!
Come join us for our very first Trans-Mascs Meet Up potluck! In celebration of the holiday’s, this will be the first of TWO holiday inspired events so you do not want to miss them!
I felt a huge loss of community when I transitioned so I created this space to where you can come to socialize and hang out with other trans-mascs!
Trans-Mascs Meet Up is a safe space where you don't have to prove you are trans enough. This space is inclusive of nonbinary, gender expansive, and other diverse trans masculine identities. You can come as you are and enjoy company with others like you!
I’m SUPER excited to share this space with you all. Come bring a dish and be with community this holiday season! You do not need to bring food to participate in this event but it’s encouraged! Sign ups are not required but highly encouraged especially if you are choosing to bring a dish.
If you know anyone who might be interested, please share this information with them! For any questions about this event, feel free to contact Nato Hand at [email protected] and don’t forget to follow the official Trans-Mascs Meet Up instagram account @transmascs_meet.vc for event reminders and updates!
Sapphic Singles
Hosted at June in Beaverton, this gathering welcomes queer women, sapphic people, and trans and nonbinary individuals in an affirming space. Expect relaxed conversation alongside playful activities designed to make introductions comfortable and fun. It is not a speed dating format. Participants rotate through small groups of three to six and take part in Q&A prompts, trivia, simple crafts, puzzles, and similar icebreakers. The goal is to encourage connections that can lead to friendships or relationships while strengthening community bonds. Event photography will occur, and attendance indicates consent to be photographed and to the use of images for future promotional purposes.
Clairvoyance: The Myth of Green Tea
Explore green tea as a pathway to clarity in a guided tasting class centered on presence, flavor, and mindful attention. Participants will engage with the leaf’s story through taste, reflection, and conversation, discovering how each infusion can foster serenity and a felt connection to nature’s wisdom. A sliding scale contribution supports access and sustainability, with $35 suggested and the option to offer $25, $35, or more as means allow. A $15 option is available for BIPOC participants to honor equity and reduce barriers. If pricing remains a concern, arrangements can be made to keep this experience within reach. All are welcome in a space grounded in care, openness, and community, where every person is valued. To support those with sensory sensitivities, participants are asked to avoid strong fragrances. Respect for personal boundaries helps nurture a setting where meditation, tea, and queer belonging can flourish. Five dollars from each participant will be donated to Q Center, supporting LGBTQ2SIA+ communities through advocacy, resources, and safe spaces. The gathering is guided by D’Guar (They/Them), a trans person of color, tea guide, and community weaver rooted in Portland, Oregon, whose practice with Camellia sinensis blends learning with reverence through ritual and story. Through Water Fairy Tea, they cultivate spaces where tea becomes a companion in personal discovery, collective care, and relationship with the natural world. This work honors the traditional lands of the Multnomah, Clackamas, Chinook, Kathlamet, Tualatin, Kalapuya, Molalla, and many other Indigenous peoples, with gratitude for their enduring presence, care, and wisdom.

Transgender Day of Remembrance

Join us as we pause to remember and honor trans lives with care, compassion, and respect. Together, we can learn about the history and significance of this day while exploring meaningful ways to support and uplift transgender people in our communities.
