Learn the building blocks of a great scene through playful storytelling, character choices, and TTRPG-inspired adventures! For kids in grades 3-5 with an adult.

• This event is for registrants grade 3rd Grade to 5th Grade.

The Camas Public Library will host Preschool Show and Tell from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Nov. 9. Preschoolers and their adult will practice communication, vocabulary and listening skills through a show and tell activity. Preschoolers should bring a toy, photo, or any special item and be ready to answer questions about “who,” “what,” “where” and “why.” Registration is required at CamasPL.org/showtell or by calling 360-834-4692.

Kids in grades 1-5 can practice their literacy by reading to Scamp the therapy dog at the Camas Public Library. Parents can sign their children up for a 15-minute time slot between 4 and 5:15 p.m. on the first and third Mondays of every month. Registration is required at CamasPL.org/TalesWTails.

The Camas Public Library hosts a bilingual Spanish Storytime at 10:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Children and their families are invited to enjoy stories and songs in Spanish and English. No registration is required.
