Saturday, November 14 • 6:00 PM As the holiday season approaches, we’re bringing Italy back to the Résolu table for an intimate evening of food, wine, stories and a little Italian inspiration. Join Résolu Cellars and Alessandra Gardino of Customized Journeys for a special evening exploring the flavors, wines and traditions of Northern and Central Italy through the lens of food, wine and travel. This isn’t a traditional dinner. It’s a curated small-plate wine pairing experience, designed to let each dish and wine shine together. Guests will enjoy five chef-created tasting plates prepared by FG Amore Chef Micah, paired with five Résolu wines. Each pairing will explore the relationship between Italian-inspired cuisine and the varietals that have influenced Scott’s winemaking.
