C*ntry Pizza Overtime Brotherhusbands

C*ntry is a Seattle-based queer pop-rock trio comprised of MJ Jurgensen on lead vocals and guitar, Sophie Pattison on bass, and Katrin Fabian on drums. C*ntry plays a mix of original tunes and covers ranging from Chappell Roan to the Cranberries.

PIZZA OVERTIME hails from Portland, Oregon (hail satan) consisting of 5 gay babies. A sillycore characature of all of your favorite genres. Think: all of your intrusive thoughts said out loud. Think: sitting on the toilet dreaming for the fall of capitalism. Think: crying and eating hotdogs while watching the twilight saga...WITH MY BEST FRIENDS.

BROTHERHUSBANDS was created by three friends who wanted to share their love for each other far and wide. Three friends who found so much joy in music individually, that when they first jammed together, it all fell in place. They're as close as brothers, but only two of them are men. They're as devoted to each other as husbands. They're so underground, their music can't even be streamed. You can only be a fan of BROTHERHUSBANDS if you've seen them live - and we do hope that you will. Playing genreless music that sounds something like Weezer doing a Britney Spears cover, we hope that you find as much joy and silliness in their music as they had creating it.

Trestles

Trestles in a beach rock project from Santa Cruz, California. Formed in 2021, the new band made a name for themselves playing in the college rock circuit during the major post-pandemic scene resurgence. While Trestles definitely allows the beach town aesthetic of Santa Cruz to seep into their music, the band is more interested in creating a sound that equally criticizes and celebrates west coast garage rock tradition. By finding a balance between the nostalgia of 1960's musicianship and the accessibility of modern garage rock textures and pop sensibility, the band's sound aims to be relentlessly rooted in the present. This attitude is delivered through sarcastic, yet aware lyrics that aim to make living in the moment feel like a study in social politics. Trestles' music is plainly meant for whoever who wants to hear it.

Bug Complex Ladybug Infestation

Bug Complex is a Portland, OR based band comprising a talented and eclectic bunch of multi-instrumentalists and singers. Their original music has been described as "Frank Zappa meets They Might Be Giants," and includes lush and playful horn lines, vocal harmonies, poetic lyrics, and funky grooves that will get you moving.

Formed in 2017 by songwriting duo Jeff and Joolz, Ladybug Infestation has spent the past 8 years playing their iconic "rebel folk and party rock" for it's red and black adorned fan base all over the Portland area and beyond. The pair began their performing career as a duo, honing their signature "rebel folk" sound in front of a loyal and quickly growing fan base. Their first airplay came with the release of their single "Lonely and Blue" early in 2020 and soon afterward they expanded from a duo to a four piece band, transforming their style into their current party rock vibe. In 2022 the band was awarded first place in a Portland area Battle of the Band competition. Early 2023 brought more acclaim with the release of their iconic single "Five Minutes in a Sports Car" along with the accompanying music video. In 2025, the band once again transformed itself, bringing on the powerful and solid drumming of Johhny O, along with the creative bass stylings of Brian Levine to update their rhythm section and help take the band into new sonic directions.

Charming Birds Phantom Note Long Dark Moon

Charming Birds are mounting a conspicuous attack on hearts, minds and ears of music fans with a hook-laden wall-of-sound. Giving a nod to the many great Northwest bands of the last two decades, this band hearkens back a little further to a time and place before bearded bicyclists and brooding flannel clad long-hairs dominated the radio waves. Upon first listen, one would assume Charming Birds posters might have adorned telephone poles at the height of the infamous scenes in Minneapolis, Boston, Athens or Chapel Hill. Yet, they are distinctly modern and distinctly Portland. Beneath grizzled vocals, Danko-esque harmonies, ear-bleeding guitar and synth, and a heavy hitting rhythm section, reside clever rock songs that will stick in your head like a television jingle. And, yes, there are a few beards and a few flannel shirts in this band. Next time you're jonesing for the likes of Mould, McCaughan, Martsch, Mascis, or Moore, go see Charming Birds. They might just be the next best thing Portland has to offer. --Jimmy Tucker
