Women & Non-Binary

Slow down, tune in, and feel good in your body at this mind–body morning. Bubbles and N/A bevies to follow. Start with guided yoga breathing to quiet the mind, then carry into a mat Pilates flow focused on core strength, control, and alignment. All levels welcome. Stay after class for cocktails and mocktails.

Take your time, meet the women who moved alongside you, and enjoy the rest of your Saturday morning. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and bring a friend.

ALL moms are welcome to this lil happy hour: divorced moms, single moms, partnered moms, mom-types — come hang. AKA COOL MOMS. One glass of wine or N/A cocktail is included in the ticket price. As is a delicious spread of food catered by our lovely friends at Guilder.

Wise Women is a welcoming group at Neveh Shalom where women can come together, socialize, and support one another.

No RSVP needed, just drop in!
