Ornament Kinusaiga

Get into the holiday spirit with a craft you may not have tried yet! Kinusaiga (kee-noo-SIGH-gah) is a Japanese fabric art where pieces of fabric are tucked into grooves on a board to create a patchwork picture with no sewing or glue needed. It’s relaxing, satisfying, and the results look amazing.

In this class you’ll create an ornament with different design features, set against a patchwork background of playful holiday prints.

Grab a friend, unwind, and “paint” with fabric as you turn simple materials into a finished piece you’ll be proud to display. It’s relaxing, colorful, and surprisingly magical.
