Roots & Crowns Hair Workshop

Roots & Crowns is a free textured hair workshop for building confidence and practical skills in caring for Black and biracial hair. It is designed for parents, caregivers and community members, and everyone is welcome. The programme includes hair care education, braiding, barbering, curl pattern and texture analysis, door prizes and lunch. Childcare is available for youth in foster care. Advance registration is required so enough food can be planned for attendees.
