Clawhammer Banjo Workshop

This workshop offers a chance to assess your current clawhammer banjo playing and build on your strengths. Work on timing, fluidity, and fretboard knowledge, then apply these skills while learning a new tune. The session will also explore areas to develop and help you set goals for the winter downtime. Instructor Benny Bleu has taught banjo for over a decade, including at the Augusta Heritage Center, and is an award-winning banjo player and Clifftop finalist. All skill levels are welcome, and participants need to bring their own 5-string banjo.
