Moroccan Appetizer Cooking Class paired with Natalie's Estate wines

Explore Moroccan flavors in a hands-on appetizer cooking class led by Amy Civica, The Kitchen Fairy, with wines from Natalie’s Estate Winery paired with the dishes. The menu features goat cheese briouats with orange blossom honey and pistachios, chermoula prawns with preserved lemon aioli, and lamb kefta skewers with pomegranate glaze. Participants will learn techniques including folding phyllo and preparing chermoula. Those who attend any two classes in the “Around the World” Appetizer Cooking Series can receive a complimentary bottle of Natalie’s Estate wine featured in the classes.
