Celebrate Día de los Muertos at M&M Marketplace with two days of culture, music, food, and family fun. Join us on Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1 from 2 PM to 7 PM for a free community celebration in Hillsboro.

Enjoy live music, traditional altars, Calenda, Calaveritas Literarias, a Concurso de Catrinas, food, shopping, and family entertainment. Bring your family and friends as we come together to honor loved ones and celebrate Día de los Muertos traditions.

Neighbors come together on the first Sunday for a hands-on cleanup focused on picking up litter and removing graffiti in Downtown Hillsboro. The gathering takes place at M&M Marketplace, a local mercado where more than 80 independent vendors offer clothing, jewelry, household goods, food, and more on weekends. After the cleanup, consider staying to enjoy a bite and browse the market. Be ready for any weather, wear sturdy walking shoes, and bring water. The group meets near the back gate on the east side of the parking lot, and SOLVE signs will help guide the way. On-site parking is available.

Join the community for the 9th Annual Fiesta de Tamales at M&M Marketplace in Hillsboro. Enjoy delicious tamales, shop from local businesses, and spend time with family and friends while supporting Hillsboro schools.

This free family event is open to the public and offers a fun way to enjoy local food, community, and culture. Tamales will also be available to order in advance using the QR code on the event flyer.
