Upstairs Yoga

Set aside two hours for a somatic-focused mini retreat with Sophia Miller that explores the balance and support of the hips and pelvis. The session weaves gentle Primal Vinyasa, sacral aromatherapy, journaling inspired by the natural world, and an all-instrumental soundscape, and it begins with a simple tea service. Journaling materials are provided. Please bring a yoga mat and a favorite mug for tea. Early bird pricing is $45 or $80 for two, with a $55 rate afterward. Led by Michelle and Brad Davis, founders of NW Vibrational Sound Therapy, this experience centers on soothing vibrations to quiet the mind and restore balance.
