Students from Metropolitan Youth Symphony’s Beginning Strings program join MYS’s Hillsboro ensembles for a community concert.

It’s a chance to hear young players at every stage, from first performances to seasoned ensemble work.

Four Metropolitan Youth Symphony ensembles, the Concert Band, Sinfonietta, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, and Concert Orchestra, join forces for a community concert.

The program spans orchestral and wind band music performed by young Portland-area musicians.
