C*ntry Pizza Overtime Brotherhusbands

C*ntry is a Seattle-based queer pop-rock trio comprised of MJ Jurgensen on lead vocals and guitar, Sophie Pattison on bass, and Katrin Fabian on drums. C*ntry plays a mix of original tunes and covers ranging from Chappell Roan to the Cranberries.

PIZZA OVERTIME hails from Portland, Oregon (hail satan) consisting of 5 gay babies. A sillycore characature of all of your favorite genres. Think: all of your intrusive thoughts said out loud. Think: sitting on the toilet dreaming for the fall of capitalism. Think: crying and eating hotdogs while watching the twilight saga...WITH MY BEST FRIENDS.

BROTHERHUSBANDS was created by three friends who wanted to share their love for each other far and wide. Three friends who found so much joy in music individually, that when they first jammed together, it all fell in place. They're as close as brothers, but only two of them are men. They're as devoted to each other as husbands. They're so underground, their music can't even be streamed. You can only be a fan of BROTHERHUSBANDS if you've seen them live - and we do hope that you will. Playing genreless music that sounds something like Weezer doing a Britney Spears cover, we hope that you find as much joy and silliness in their music as they had creating it.

Dan Rodriguez

Groove-based singer-songwriter

Hi, I’m Dan. I’m a whiskey & beer drinking, fishing & hunting loving, motorcycle riding, quality food eating, hippie sympathizing, hobby farm running, people loving, husband & father who lives in Minneapolis and shares a life with my amazing wife and two adorable sons named Oak and Alder.

I grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, MI, and moved to Minneapolis when I was 18 to study music, and I stayed because I’m one of those crazy people that enjoys the snow and cold weather.

Songwriting, and performing those songs for people, is both my trade and my passion. When I’m not in my studio writing and cutting records, or on the road playing shows, I’m usually playing in the woods with our boys, tending to our backyard chickens, eating fresh veggies from my wife’s huge garden, making syrup from our maple grove, or doing one of my many outdoor hobbies.

Now here are a few things about my music career that I should probably share in a music bio:

• In September 2014 Budweiser released their "Friends Are Waiting" commercial campaign featuring me singing my song When You Come Home and it premiered during both The World Series & The Super Bowl.

• In February, 2018, I released my album 25 Years and the title track is now inching toward 1 million listens. • In October, 2018, Miller Lite featured my newest single “So Good” in one of their commercials that played for months during NFL games on ESPN & more

• In March, 2019, my song “You Feel Like Home” was featured in Explore Minnesota Tourism’s newest ad campaign.

• In 2022 I released my album Troubadour Family Man. It’s my debut self-produced record and I couldn’t be more proud of it.

• Over the years I’ve had the honor of sharing the stage with some really cool artists & bands including The Civil Wars, Andy Grammer, Eric Hutchinson, Matt Nathanson, NeedtoBreathe, Augustana, Tyrone Wells, O.A.R., Haley Reinhart, Jon McLaughlin, Will Hoge, Drew Holcomb, Sister Hazel, and more.

Cigar Mercy Music Pretty Deadly Old Cross

There was a time when punk rock was dismissed as a fleeting fad, lumped in with disco and TV bands. But acts like The Ramones, The Clash, and later Green Day proved otherwise, cementing punk as a powerful voice of youth. Today, Mercy Music carries that torch. Led by guitarist and vocalist Brendan Scholz, the Las Vegas trio â€" rounded out by bassist Jarred Cooper and drummer Ryan Seaman â€" channels the spirit of punk's early days with raw emotion and finely crafted songs that resonate beyond fast guitars and angst.

For Scholz, punk was never about image - it was survival. He picked up a guitar at nine years old and found an outlet for the intensity of life's highs and lows. Mercy Music's latest album, What You Stand To Lose, produced by Descendents drummer Bill Stevenson, distills Scholz's knack for crafting melodic anthems wrapped in emotional honesty. With Cooper and Seaman's tight musicianship backing him, Scholz creates music that feels urgent and profoundly human, songs that cut through the noise of an increasingly cynical industry.

The heart of Mercy Music lies in the genuine connection they seek with listeners who feel like outsiders. "We've never really fit into one box," Scholz explains. Their music offers a lifeline for anyone needing a reminder that they aren't alone. Whether it's the desperate hope of "Believe In We" or the aching sorrow of "Waiting To Begin," Mercy Music's songs are unflinchingly real â€" never sanitized, always sincere.

Scholz has never let go of the drive to create despite setbacks and personal hardships. His partnership with Cooper, dating back nearly 25 years, anchors the band's foundation. Their friendship - part brotherhood, part marriage - has endured the darkest moments, allowing their music to be built on trust, openness, and resilience. Cooper says, "Brendan goes to dark places, and I'm there to help him find the light."

Mercy Music will spend most of 2024 on the road, delivering cathartic, no-frills rock shows that remind you what punk means: connection, catharsis, and survival through sound. Scholz says it best: "We're not reinventing the wheel. But I don't think a band is doing exactly what we do. And honestly? That's enough for me."

Pretty Deadly is a Dallas, Oregon-based punk rock trio born from what was supposed to be a one-off studio jam-but turned into something too fun to walk away from. Formed in early 2025, the band features Blaine (guitar/vocals), Travis (bass/vocals), and Zach (drums)-three longtime players with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest punk scene. Between them, they've logged time in bands like Drawback, Ninjas with Syringes, The Disliked, Faithless Saints, Burn the Stage, Lost City, and The Civies.

Pretty Deadly isn't here to reinvent the wheel. They're here to keep it loud, fast, and honest. Drawing from the golden age of '90s and early 2000s punk-from SoCal skate punk to the grittier corners of Northwest alt-rock-their sound blends melody and grit, simplicity and sneer. There are no rules, just whatever hits in the moment. Sometimes that means channeling sad or pissed-off lyrics through a pop melody played at breakneck speed. Sometimes it leans darker and heavier. But it always stays true to the core: no stress, no filler, just three friends making noise they love.

Less is more. No bullshit. That's Pretty Deadly.

Punk Rock

Rose City melodic punk band Old Cross pulls influences from the late 90's punk and emo scenes and delivers heartfelt anthemic choruses across basement shows, dive bars and national stages alike.
The band released their LP Dead End Lullabies October 2024 and just dropped their new EP Acoustic Volume 1 Friday, January 9th.

Showman and Coole - The Lonesome Ace Brothers

Super-Deluxe Fiddle, Banjo, and Song

Through twenty years and a couple of thousand shows together in bands such as The Foggy Hogtown Boys and The Lonesome Ace Stringband, John Showman and Chris Coole have developed a deep and instinctual musical bond. Their music lurks in a truly unique space, somewhere on the outskirts of old-time, bluegrass, and folk. The songs of John Hartford, Hank Williams, Dock Boggs, and The Band share space with the fiddle tunes of Eck Robertson and Ed Haley. The duo's original songs and tunes take in all these vistas and paint something both personal and timely.

They have performed across North America and Europe at festivals such as Merlefest, Rockygrass, Greyfox, Winnipeg Folk Festival, Mariposa, Wintergrass, The Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival, and The Bluegrass Hall of Fame and Museum. In addition to the five Lonesome Ace albums, John and Chris have released two duo albums - " Afield" a collection of old-time fiddle tunes, and "Much Further Out than Inevitable - A Tribute to Some Music of John Hartford."

"Powerful musicians, playing and singing some powerful music" - Bluegrass Unlimited

"Danceable, poppy, and soulful, it's old-time that's modern and timeless, both" - Bluegrass Situation

VALÉ is a fiercely talented vocalist and songwriter from Barranquilla, Colombia. Drawn to music at an early age, VALÉ began performing when she was just 6 years old in her school choir. By her early teens, she had found inspiration in American pop and R&B music, and began writing songs of her own. Influenced by some of her idols, VALÉ started to forge her own unique voice and point of view on the genre. She has spent time writing and recording in Los Angeles and Barranquilla, assembling a new collection of singles leading up to her 2024 debut EP, under the sun, and her latest singles, "estrella," "cold blooded," "lightspeed," and "rapido."

VALÉ's infectious melodies, catchy hooks, and standout vocals are bound to win fans from all over the world, establishing VALÉ as the leader in a new generation of Colombian pop artists. VALÉ has collaborated with artists such as Jesse Baez, Trinidad Cardona, and Angrybaby, and has toured with The Driver Era earlier in 2025. Trestles

Trestles in a beach rock project from Santa Cruz, California. Formed in 2021, the new band made a name for themselves playing in the college rock circuit during the major post-pandemic scene resurgence. While Trestles definitely allows the beach town aesthetic of Santa Cruz to seep into their music, the band is more interested in creating a sound that equally criticizes and celebrates west coast garage rock tradition. By finding a balance between the nostalgia of 1960's musicianship and the accessibility of modern garage rock textures and pop sensibility, the band's sound aims to be relentlessly rooted in the present. This attitude is delivered through sarcastic, yet aware lyrics that aim to make living in the moment feel like a study in social politics. Trestles' music is plainly meant for whoever who wants to hear it.

Bria Damage Earth to Ashes

Bria Damage, fronted by Angelo Bria - proof that surviving the Sunset Strip in the '80s builds either character... or a bad credit score.

Formerly the voice of Aaronsrod, Angelo helped deliver the 1986 cult metal release Illusions Kill, produced by Rick Keefer at SeaWest Studios for RoadRunner Records, back when hairspray was flammable and guitar solos legally had to last six minutes.

After decades of touring, Angelo relocated to the Pacific Northwest, where he joined

Earth To Ashes as bassist and co-vocalist, being the chief lyricist for the first two releases, Cursed Invoked and their self-titled follow up.

In 2022, BRIA released Target Audience, followed by the 2023 single Stop Quality, Then in 2026, BRIA unleashed Optimus Masochist, the first single from their five-song EP produced by Dead End Bowie. The song blends classic Sunset Strip swagger with enough sarcasm to make the internet uncomfortable.

Channeling the spirit of David Lee Roth after three energy drinks and a midlife crisis, BRIA walks the fine line between ridiculous and brilliant - usually in leather pants.

Bug Complex Ladybug Infestation

Bug Complex is a Portland, OR based band comprising a talented and eclectic bunch of multi-instrumentalists and singers. Their original music has been described as "Frank Zappa meets They Might Be Giants," and includes lush and playful horn lines, vocal harmonies, poetic lyrics, and funky grooves that will get you moving.

Formed in 2017 by songwriting duo Jeff and Joolz, Ladybug Infestation has spent the past 8 years playing their iconic "rebel folk and party rock" for it's red and black adorned fan base all over the Portland area and beyond. The pair began their performing career as a duo, honing their signature "rebel folk" sound in front of a loyal and quickly growing fan base. Their first airplay came with the release of their single "Lonely and Blue" early in 2020 and soon afterward they expanded from a duo to a four piece band, transforming their style into their current party rock vibe. In 2022 the band was awarded first place in a Portland area Battle of the Band competition. Early 2023 brought more acclaim with the release of their iconic single "Five Minutes in a Sports Car" along with the accompanying music video. In 2025, the band once again transformed itself, bringing on the powerful and solid drumming of Johhny O, along with the creative bass stylings of Brian Levine to update their rhythm section and help take the band into new sonic directions.

Mexican Gunfight

Mexican Gunfight is a rock band with a big and easy notion of what "rock" can do. Stylistic influences abound: blues grit, country lyricism, the soulfulness of gospel, a jam thrown in ... even tinges of Latin and jazz dot their sonic landscape. But the Gunfight doesn't lay claim to being a blues, country or gospel act ... they're really just a rock band.

The band's instinctive ability to play seamlessly together is perhaps one of the first things to impress, and betrays the band's experience: Mexican Gunfight's personnel have wandered the U.S. tour routes together for nearly a quarter century, in a half-dozen different outfits, thousands of shows and in hundreds of venues (not to mention a variety of interesting vehicles). Perhaps most notably, their incarnation as The Renegade Saints (which also included their old pal John Shipe) got regional acclaim and national attention back in the early '90s, but even then they were too rockin' to be a jam band, and definitely too free-form to be grunge.

Since that time the members of Mexican Gunfight -- individually and collectively -- have been notable fixtures in the NW music scene; there's a high probability that you have seen at least one of them playing at a bar, club, theater or festival over the last several years.

The Gunfight pays homage to acts as diverse as Neil Young, Hothouse Flowers, Willie Nelson, Santana, Glen Campbell and Little Feat while offering just as much stylistic variety in its originals. They borrow songs from their "ancestral" incarnations, including the Saints but also Kerosene Dream, The Strangers, Dixon, Tremor Guild and Nine Days Wonder. (Bassist Dave Coey -- a prolific songster in all of his bands since the '80s -- has recently popped out a few new tunes that the band quickly worked over live a few times and brought into the studio.)

The spirit behind Mexican Gunfight's music is - simply put - to consider everything fair game and have a blast rocking it up.

Al Toribio, guitar and vocals
Dave Coey, bass and vocals
Ned Failing, drums and vocals

Giving a nod to the many great Northwest bands of the last two decades, this band hearkens back a little further to a time and place before bearded bicyclists and brooding flannel clad long-hairs dominated the radio waves. Upon first listen, one would assume Charming Birds posters might have adorned telephone poles at the height of the infamous scenes in Minneapolis, Boston, Athens or Chapel Hill. Yet, they are distinctly modern and distinctly Portland. Beneath grizzled vocals, Danko-esque harmonies, ear-bleeding guitar and synth, and a heavy hitting rhythm section, reside clever rock songs that will stick in your head like a television jingle. And, yes, there are a few beards and a few flannel shirts in this band. Next time you're jonesing for the likes of Mould, McCaughan, Martsch, Mascis, or Moore, go see Charming Birds. They might just be the next best thing Portland has to offer. --Jimmy Tucker

7DS The Absolute Worst Holiday Show

An Interactive Open-Mic Comedy/Storytelling Show

The Absolute Worst is an interactive, open-mic comedy/storytelling show where audience members face off against three curated comedians and storytellers to find out who can lay claim to having had the worst holiday ever, with both absolutely fabulous and absolutely terrible prizes at stake.

And if you have a great story about an absolutely terrible holiday you had to endure, you might walk away with the evening's grand prize!

Maybe your worst-holiday story is about that one year you had too much to drink at your company Christmas Party and tried to make out with the copy machine. Or maybe it's about that New Years Eve you agreed to get fixed up on a blind date with your roommate's cousin's neighbor's just-paroled old college frat buddy because, really, how bad could the guy be? Or maybe it's about that time you got dumped on Valentines Day, or that Birthday Party your mom threw where no one showed up, or that Fourth Of July you accidentally set off what everyone in your family now just refers to as "the toilet fire."

Don't want to tell a story? No problem! You can still win a prize by winning our Absolute Worst Pictionary Cage Match, or giving the best answer to our Absolute Worst Question Of The Night, or being crowned the Absolute Best Audience Member, or some other prize that we'll probably just make up as we go.

Also, we may ask everyone to howl at the moon. Or we may not. (We'll see.)

In a time when DJ's come a dime a dozen, I was faced with the obstacle of separating myself from the pack. And through years of trial and error, I've come to find that the best way to do that is consistency. Stick to the script and give the people what they want. Consistency doesn't mean playing the same records each week. But it does mean giving a quality performance every time you pick up the headphones.

Ambush!!

Letters to Lions

After a seven-year hiatus, Letters to Lions have re-emerged as one of Australia's most compelling indie rock comeback stories. Since returning in September 2024, the Sydney-based four-piece have met their return with an overwhelming response from fans and tastemakers alike, swiftly re-establishing their presence on the global indie stage. Their latest releases have secured placement across major international playlists including Spotify's New Music Friday (US, AU/NZ, Egypt) and Rock the World, alongside Apple Music's New Music Daily, Heaps Indie, and Good Times.

This momentum has translated into significant growth, with the band's catalogue surpassing 17 million total streams and monthly Spotify listeners climbing from 80,000 to over 350,000 in under twelve months. Renowned for their commanding live performances, Letters to Lions have matched their digital success with sold-out shows, including a headline performance at Sydney's iconic Lansdowne Hotel, followed by a successful New Zealand tour in April 2025. Their return has proven not only sustainable but emphatic, positioning the band as a revitalised force within modern indie rock.

With new music resonating internationally and a live reputation that continues to convert audiences room by room, Letters to Lions are building momentum with purpose and their next chapter is accelerating fast.
