Make a Persimmon Torte with Bill Holloran using persimmons grown by Holloran club member Mike Sweek, in nearby Lake Oswego! If you have been to our fall club pickup events in the past, you have tasted these wonderful tortes we've been making and serving with our Holloran Presse de Plus dessert Riesling as a bonus at the end of the tastings. Based on the famous Plum Torte recipe from Marion Burros (Most requested recipe ever run in the NY Times Cooking section!)
