Are you intimidated by what most people believe is the food holiday of the year? Or are you looking for new ideas and to shake up the old standbys? The Kitchen at Middleground Farms will be doing a big practice round for the upcoming holiday. You’ll walk away with the confidence you need to plan, time and execute a delicious holiday meal. There will be a big feast at the farm table to end the day.

Join Middleground Farms for a hands-on evening exploring everything that goes into making great tamales, from preparing tender, flavorful masa to creating delicious fillings and sauces from scratch. In this class, you’ll explore the spices, chiles and cooking techniques that give each variation its distinctive character, then get hands-on filling, wrapping and steaming your creations.
