Join Chelsea Hoshaw for a family-friendly yoga class! Family yoga includes songs, books, meditation, movement and emotional regulation techniques for the whole family! Child-sized mats will be supplied; families can bring their own adult mats if they would like. This class is geared toward 0-6 but siblings can come, too. Each child needs to have an adult and adults are encouraged to participate.

Inversions can look intimidating, but understanding what happens to your body when you go upside down is the first step toward building confidence, comfort, and control.

View Full Detail Join us for a special monthly gathering to honor the energy of the full moon, a time for reflection, release, and renewal. Each month, we come together in community to move, breathe, and reconnect, guided by the unique qualities of the current full moon sign. This experience weaves together an intentional yoga flow, moments of free and intuitive movement, and guided journaling to help you process, let go, and realign. Ending with mantra and gentle harmonium, allowing sound and vibration to support your practice and deepen your connection inward. You’ll be invited to explore what is rising to the surface, release what no longer serves, and create space for clarity and intention moving forward. Each session is inspired by the energy of the full moon’s astrological sign, offering a slightly different tone and focus each month, while always returning to a grounding, supportive container for self-inquiry and expression. Come as you are. Move, reflect, and release. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected, to yourself and to the rhythm of the season.
