Designed for those who are seeking a gentle yoga practice. You will warm up the body with simple flowing sequences and slower-paced movements. This full-body workout class will focus on balance, flexibility, strength, and alignment. No experience is required.
Join Chelsea Hoshaw for a family-friendly yoga class! Family yoga includes songs, books, meditation, movement and emotional regulation techniques for the whole family! Child-sized mats will be supplied; families can bring their own adult mats if they would like. This class is geared toward 0-6 but siblings can come, too. Each child needs to have an adult and adults are encouraged to participate.
